Terms and Conditions

The Company
nor3 is the commercial name of the company Natur Emotions SC, located on Avenida General Franco no. 17, 39800, Ramales de la Victoria, Cantabria – NIF: J39765219.
It is registered on the Cantabria Active Tourism Companies Register with the No. 9490.

General Conditions for service delivery
Participation in any of the activities implies full acceptance by the participant of these terms and conditions, which have contract validity.
In the event that a participant registers a number of participants or a group, he is obliged to communicate the General Terms and Conditions set out here to the rest of the participants registered by him.

The guides will have the authority to deny participation to those participants who do not carry the adequate equipment for the activity or lack the adequate physical condition for the effort required. In any case, and especially for advanced-level activities, nor3 can perform a preliminary test to verify the capabilities of the participant.
nor3 commits to running the activities program scheduled on the indicated dates regardless of the number of registered participants.

Insurance
The price includes the necessary technical material, both individually and collectively, necessary for performing each activity.
The price includes a Personal Liability Insurance with a coverage up to 600,000 Euros and accident insurance with the following indemnities:

  • Healthcare assistance – 6,000.00 €
  • Accidental death – 10,000.00 €
  • Disability due to accident – 10,000.00 €
  • Travel assistance – 40,000.00 €

For those aged under 14 the accidental death insurance will solely cover incurred funeral expenses. For this age group disability indemnity and healthcare indemnity are those listed in the particular and special conditions of the insurance policy.

Policyholders aged over 70 are excluded from the disability indemnity. For this age group death and healthcare indemnities are those listed in the particular and special conditions of the insurance policy.

These policies are at our client’s disposal and will be emailed on request.

Customer Obligations
All customers that take part in active tourism or adventure sports should be aware that they will be doing an activity that is not without danger, assuming the inherent risks of the activity and the possibility of suffering an unlikely accident.

Participants agree to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

In the event that one or more participants willingly choose to ignore the instructions of the guides, neither the guides, nor nor3 will be liable for their wellbeing. This will cause the cancellation of the activity without any right to reimbursement.

Participants aged under 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must complete a consent form.

From age 14 and upwards they must have parental permission or be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The customer is responsible for the personal material that is issued for each activity and then must return it complete at the end of the activity. In case of loss of any items during the activity, nor3 reserves the right to ask the customer to cover the costs of those items.

Reservations and payments
Reservations can be made by phone or email.

You need to fill out and submit the registration form found on the page of each activity. It can be done by email or fax.
Once you have made your reservation, participants must pay the total amount for the activity to be performed. If after 48 hours of receipt of reservation payment has not been made, the reservation will be canceled and the places made available to other customers.

Methods of payment
Payment of the activities are always made in advance.
The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Payment by deposit into our bank account.
  • Payment by transfer to our bank account.
  • Payment by credit card or debit card.
  • Payment in cash prior to the beginning of the activity. (Only for reservations made less than 48 hours in advance.)

For reservations made less than 3 days prior to the beginning of the activity, payment by bank transfer is not accepted. In this case, payment must be performed through one of the other available options and always before the beginning of the activity.

Cancellations
In the event that the participant cancels his or her participation in the activity, reimbursment is as follows:

  • 100% refund if the cancellation is communicated five days before the activity commences.
  • Refund of 85% if the cancellation occurs between the 5th and 3rd day prior to the commencement of the activity.
  • Refund of 75% if the cancellation occurs between 72 and 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity.
  • 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 24 and 8 hours prior to the commencement of the activity.
  • In the case of a no show of the entire or a part of the group at the date and time indicated in the reservation implies an obligation for the customer to pay the full amount of the reservation.
  • In the case of a no show of the entire or a part of the group in the 30 minutes following the agreed time without justification, the group will be considered as a no show and the conditions specified above apply.

Most of our activities are subject to weather conditions and capabilities of people who perform them. The guide has the authority to postpone, cancel or modify the activity at any moment in order to ensure the physical integrity of the participants. In case of revocation or cancellation by nor3, the customer is entitled to undertake the activity on another agreed date, to substitute it with another equivalent activity or to be refunded the entire amount paid.

Rental
The rental and security deposit for the rented item is paid in advance and in cash, at the time of taking the material. The deposit for each item will be provided with the application for the rental thereof.

Rates displayed on this website correspond to a rental period of 24 hours after removal of the item, 24 hours being the minimum period to be charged.
The items will be returned in the same condition in which it was taken, otherwise nor3 reserves the right to claim the amount of the item.

Food supplies or Picnic
All of our activities include a picnic adapted to the requirements thereof (except for the activities that indicate the contrary). Consult us.
All include the minimum water supply necessary for performing the activity.

Pictures and Videos
All our activities include a photo or video report for the participant, unless otherwise specified.

The customer will receive a copy of the edited photos or a video, which can be downloaded from our servers using a link provided through an email to the address that has been provided on the reservation link. This will be available within a maximum period of two months, during which the nor3 team processes and prepares images or videos.

Participants consent to the use of the photographs taken during the course of the activities for media and advertising campaigns nor3 should deem as appropriate.
In the case of minors, the images will be used only under the written consent of their legal guardians.

Customers who do not want their image to be used need to notify nor3 in writing via email or post. In such cases nor3 will not use images for such purposes.
The customer agrees not to use and / or modify the images or videos for their own profit, without proper consent from nor3 and in any case the source is to be mentioned.

Privacy Policy
In compliance with Organic Law 15 /1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal information you provide will be included in a computerized database.
The purpose of this database is to facilitate the processing of activities, insurances, sending pictures and also, if not stated otherwise, for sending you commercial communications about products and services that may be of interest to you.

The customer can always exercise their rights of access, modification, cancellation and opposition by email contact to info@nor3.com or in writing to the social address of the company.
